Project Delivery System

Regional Meetings Four regional meetings will

provide face to face opportunities for designees and/ or campus teams to learn content and plan for dissemination and follow-

up

Development of Eight On Line Instructional

Modules Each module will

contain approximately six to eight hours of

instruction delivered by an experienced leader,

consultant and/or certification specialist.

The modules will include power point

presentations, video, print resources and

tool kits. Two synchronous sessions

will be provided

Eight Webinars Each webinar will be

developed by an experienced consultant

to present the basic components of the 3

NYSED initiatives teacher/ principal

accountability, common core curriculum and

data driven instruction. Using power point

presentations, videos and other learning

devices, each webinar will be made available

for participants prior to a one hour synchronous session facilitated by the

consultant
