The BIOSTAT® B-DCU II is the second genera-
tion of a well proven Fermentor|Bioreactor

The BIOSTAT® Cplus fulfills your require-
ments in academic and industrial research,
process development and small scale pro-
duction. It is designed for users who need a
scaleable, reliable industrial Sterilizable-In-
Place (SIP) fermentor | bioreactor with no
room for compromises.
It provides outstanding state-of-the-art
technology and design. Pre-defined “ready
to use” packages include all components
needed for powerful and convenient oper-
ation, in microbial or cell culture applica-
tions. Furthermore, the modular design
philosophy of the BIOSTAT® Cplus, enables

BIOSTAT® PBR 2S
The BIOSTAT® PBR 2S is a new photobio-
reactor system which expands the Sartorius
Stedim bioreactor product line with its
photosynthetic power. Specifically
designed for cultivation of phototrophic
organisms, this system unites a number of
features enabling even the most shear
sensitive cell types to be cultivated under
optimal conditions.

BIOSTAT® CultiBag RM
The BIOSTAT® CultiBag RM is a single use
bioreactor, available with single use
optical sensors for both pH and DO with
powerful control capabilities. Including
a four-stage cascade control system,
integrated overpressure control and
feed back controlled gas mixing, maxi-
mum process control is achievable.
The BIOSTAT® CultiBag RM is ideal for
a wide range of applications including
mammalian cell culture, stem cells,
plant cells and microorganisms.

line of single use stirred tank bioreactors.
The system is comprised of a stainless steel
support housing, a single use bioreactor

storing and visualizing process data, from
1 to 4 bioprocess units in a research &

BioPAT® MFCS | win is a feature-rich, GAMP
category 4 software package capable of
supporting the most demanding research
or production environment, including
S88- and 21CFRpart11-compliance.
Both systems are built upon batch-oriented
data management, meaning all your
process data will be traceable to a unique
batch name | ID.

Designed as a “plug and play” tool when
used in conjunction with our range of

This combination helps you get started
acquiring and analyzing your important
process data quickly.
Data may be acquired from 1 to 4 systems,
either serially or via Ethernet. Features like
the Sample Data Management function
simplify the inclusion of external, manually-
entered data (e.g., glucose analyzer, cell
density, etc.) into your batch record. Visual-
ization of the batch data is made possible
with a powerful Plotting function, allowing
for multiple variables, from multiple batches
