AIAA takes a leadership role when it comes to educating policymakers about our profession—making sure they know what’s going on in aerospace and helping to build value and appreciation for our field so that policies are more likely to support our work; jobs are created and protected; and decisions are made based on expert perspective about what really matters.
The Congressional Visits Day program engages congressional decision makers by reminding them that aerospace is not only important to the United States but also to their local communities.
