• This is the pressure point that is activated by those ‘Sea Sickness’ or ‘Motion Sickness’ bands. The point is wonderfully useful for calming Motion Sickness. Also, useful to reduce stress.

• In order to work effectively you need to press and hold the point for at least 2 minutes.

• Location: inside of the wrist 3 fingers up from the palm.

He Gu • Union Valley - LI 4

• Master Point for the Face – treats everything from the ears forward, i.e. nose, eyes, teeth, frontal headache

• Location: Between the Thumb and Index Finger in the Middle of the 2nd Metacarpal.

• Contraindication: Do Not Needle or Press if Pregnancy is known or suspected
