ZAGG is incorporated in Ireland and looking to launch production in Latin America. They were looking at several Latin American and South American countries. We performed market research in each country, analyzing several factors that would influence the decision (political stability, safety, taxes and tariffs, logistics, labor laws, etc.). We weighted each of these factors and made a final recommendation based purely on the data.
