Nadir Ali joined ANB Consulting in November 2011, after more than 10 years with PwC Romania, and now is a

Partner with ASCENTOR. Nadir has 15 years of professional experience in financial audit, internal audit and was also

responsible for a wide range of management consulting projects including business process reengineering, finance

function optimization, cost reduction, financial due diligence, commercial due diligence and corporate performance

management. Nadir is also experienced in governance, risk and compliance, enterprise risk management, fraud risk

management and anti-fraud procedures, design of ethical sales and marketing procedures, operational audits and

procurement reviews. His professional qualifications include ACCA, CIA, CISA, CAFR and Expert Accountant.

Prof. Dr. Eden Ali has been a professor with the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest for over 40 years and is

specialized in finance, audit and information systems. During the last 20 years he led a large number of audit and

consulting projects for Romanian and foreign companies in various industries. Among his roles are included: Vice-

President of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors for two consecutive mandates (2001-2011), member of

the Board of Directors of Azomures, Rulmenti Barlad and member of the Supervisory Board of the Council of

Europe Development Bank (2009-2012). He authored several books and academic papers relating to audit and

information systems. Eden Ali is the Founding Partner of ANB Consulting and Partner of ASCENTOR.

Dan Iancu is a Partner with ASCENTOR and has over 18 years experience in management consulting. He led a wide

range of projects for large companies in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining ASCENTOR, Dan

was a management consulting Partner with an international management consulting organization. He was

responsible for a large number of projects, such as financial and commercial due diligence projects, development of

feasibility studies, implementation of cost models and development of budgetary models. Dan`s areas of expertise

are: strategy consulting, organization design and restructuring, ERP implementations, internal controls, business

process improvement, financial reporting and controlling, risk management, financial modeling and large scale

transformation projects. His professional qualifications include ACCA, CAFR and Expert Accountant.

Radu Văcărelu is a Partner with ASCENTOR and has 15 years of professional experience in human resources and

management consulting for companies from industries such as telecommunications, oil &gas, engineering,

constructions and ship building. He was involved in important projects for major companies in Romania and

Austria, which included restructuring, recruitment and selection, labor relations, organizational development,

performance and process improvement. Radu's experience includes also advisory and project management for

leading companies in Romania regarding employment relations, management of relationship with trade unions

and collective bargaining, development of social plans for restructuring, termination and exit management,

management appraisals and organizational change management.

Kemal Özmen joined ASCENTOR in 2014 from PwC as Partner after 16 years of experience in several Big4 audit,

consultancy and professional services firms, rising to the rank of Director. Kemal’s track record includes leading and

managing advisory practices in Romania, Turkey and the Balkans including fraud and forensics, processes and

controls, governance and risk management, IT and communications, and performance improvement. Kemal has

been a dedicated forensic professional for the last five years, and is the founding Vice President and current

President of the Romanian Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Kemal’s professional
