Before I speak, let's thank to Allah the Almighty, Who has given us Mercy and Blessing, so we can  meet together in this Place. Let’s deliver sholawat and salam to our prophet Muhammad Sholallahualaihiwassalam, Who has brought us from the darkness to the brightness, so we  are  always in the right way. And  I  don’t   forget  to thank to the  master of ceremony  who has  given  me  a little time to speak  in front of You  all.

Dear ladies and gentlemen 

Standing in front of you all I want to speak About positive and negative internet

As we know that we are in global era at this moment, in this global era the modern technology grows very fast. In this global era he electronic media improves perfectly, as we can watch  the development  of  technology right now, it is so fantastic! One of developing technology is the internet! it is the computer net using electromagnetic  with software  and  hardware connected all over the  world  ,and has provider that own many application and data, serve more information can be accessed by any sides, of course the existence of internet has positive and  negative  effect.

Before go to the negative and the positive effect of the internet let us know what is

internet. Internet is a network of computers connected internationally and spread throughout the

world. This network includes the millions of computers that are connected to one another by

utilizing a wireless or wired network. An online service in education basically is providing

educational services to the users (students) by using the internet as a medium. This online service

is usually used when: registration, test entry, payment, lectures, case assignments, case

discussions, exams, assessments, discussions, announcements, etc. Distance education can utilize

Internet technology to the fullest, can provide effectiveness in terms of time, space and even

improve the quality of education.

With the internet it is possible medium for interaction between faculty and students in the

form of real time (real time) or not. In the form of real time can be done for example in a

chatroom, direct interaction with real audio or real video, and online meetings. Its not real time

can be done by mailing lists, discussion groups, newsgroups, and bulletin board. In this way

faculty and student interaction in the classroom may be replaced, although not entirely. Material

forms, exams, quizzes and other educational means can also be implemented into the web, like

material made in the form of faculty presentations on the web and can be downloaded by the

students.

With the internet we can find much information as possible. In the Internet there are all the news and information we want search. We are also able to communicate with everyone in the world with social networks. The Internet also provides actual news so with the internet we can find out information quickly. We can also learn about education. With internet we can upload our video in YouTube. There are so many negative effect of the Internet. there are sites that undermine morale, for example pornography, violence and gore, deception, carding, gambling, addicted games and so on. So we have to be cautious. In fact many people are lazy to do the home work so just copy and paste it or just download from other people's work. In addition, many children learn time just to play games online. It is  so danger  if young generation addicted by games or watching porn action in the internet  because they can bit into moral of young generation. So with the internet we should be able to choose which the negative effect and positive effect.  I hope you can tak the positive effect for the example to search the site provider of learning materials we are studying in school.
