Normal Valid Grounds for Cancellation Include:

• Sickness, Injury or Death of the participant or a member of the Immediate Family

• Financial Default of an Airline, Cruise Line or Tour Operator

• Inclement Weather causing cancellation or interruption of the trip

• Unforeseen Strike resulting in the cessation of travel services

• Insured Participant’s principal residence being made uninhabitable by fire, flood,

vandalism, burglary or natural disaster

• Insured participant being subpoenaed, required to serve on a jury, hijacked or

quarantined

• A Terrorist Incident in a City listed on the group’s Itinerary within 30 days of the

group’s scheduled arrival date.

• Termination of employment or layoff affecting the insured or his/her traveling companion. (Must

have been with the same employer for 5 consecutive years)

You must provide the $500 deposit plus the
