• Esra Levent

Esra is a proud native Istanbuler and has been a leader in the destination management/incentive travel industry for 30 years.

She worked for a multi-national travel company from 1982 to 1989. Esra has a track record of operating successful events,

meetings and Turkey-wide logistics driven programs. She enjoys working in the office but also using her operational skills

while groups are on-site. Esra specializes in seeing events through from conception to completion, and her creativity,

penchant for detail, and attention to building client relationships ensure that every event is a success.

• Ilker Aktay

Ilker has been an active and outspoken leader in the travel and incentive industry for over 18 years. As the Managing

Partner of IDEE TRAVEL, Ilker has helped the company focus on outstanding service and creativity. As an essential part of

the IDEE team, his skills and positive attitude, not to mention sense of humor, have proved critical to the success of a

variety of events for both corporate and incentive clients. He has been involved in planning and operating events and travel

programs for the most discriminating clients.

• Haydar Kiray

Having grown up in Germany, Haydar is a native Istanbuler with a passion for bringing ideas to life and making dreams

come true! Haydar joined IDEE TRAVEL in 2011, bringing with him an outstanding sales record in the hospitality industry

with 23 years of previous experience. In his current role, as Managing Partner, Haydar is responsible for developing and

maintaining Sales & Marketing activities. He is the primary contact for Corporate and Incentive clients. Haydar brings to

IDEE his creativity, operational experience and astute attention to detail all of which allow him to consistently exceed our

clients’ expectations.
