Enjoy the view of Kinner Kailash peaks in Sangla valley. Stay in camps in Sangla B,L,D31 Aug MonDay 3- Sangla- Chitkul- Kalpa Take the morning easy and head to Chitkul (last village on Indo-Tibet border) after breakfast. Head to Kalpa after this and take rest enjoying the view of Kinner Kailash peaks. You can also visit Old Shiva temple and monastery here. Stay in Kalpa B,L,D 1 Sept TueDay 4- Kalpa- Pooh- Khab- Nako- Sumdo- Tabo Head to Tabo this day via lunch at Nako Lake. You will also see the confluence of Sutlej and Spiti river at Khab. If time permits, you shall also visit Gheun to see a 550 years old Mummy of a Monk. Stay in Tabo B,L,D2 Sept WedDay 5- Tabo- Dhankar- Kaza Take the morning easy and visit Tabo monastery post breakfast. You can also visit the ancient caves used by monks for meditation in Tabo. Head to Kaza after this. Also, visit Dhankar monastery on your way to Kaza. If anyone is interested then you can hike to Dhankar Lake. Stay in Kaza B,L,D3 Sept ThsDay 6- Kaza- Kye- Khibber- Kaza After breakfast head to the river bed close to Rangrik village. Relax there next to the river and have your lunch. Head to Kye Monastery and Khibber Village after lunch. Stay in Kaza B,L,D4 Sept FriDay 7- Kaza- Hikkim- Komic- Langza Walk through the market of Kaza in the morning and head to Langza, Hikkim and Komic (highest motorable villages in Asia). Post some postcards to your family and friends from Hikkim (highest post office in the world). Stay in a homestay in Langza B,L,D5 Sept SatDay 8- Kaza- Lohsar- Kunzum Pass- Chandrataal Lake Head to Chandrataal from here after picking up all your stuff from Kaza.
