This bikingtrip is going to give you an unforgettable experience and chance to passthrough some of the best Himalayan roads. The tour will start fromsightseeing of Manali, a stunning hill town on the banks of the Beas river.You are going to ride your bike on various ranges of high-altitude trails,including the khardungla pass, the WORLD’S HIGHEST MOTORABLE ROADat 5602 meters above the sea level. Another major highlight of this tour isthe baralacha la (4830 m, 4-5 hours), also called the SWITZERLAND OFINDIA. It is flanked by mountain ranges on both sides featuring somestunning natural formations of sand and rocks.
ITINERARY
DAY 02 : ARRIVE MANALI – LOCAL CITY TOURArriving Manali in the morning, check into the hotel and then, you will be introduced toyour companions i.e. your bikes. Our team will provide you every details about theroutes, maps, destinations, rules & regulations. You can also take a ride to visit places likeHadimba Temple, Local Tibetan Monasteries, Nature Reserve and Old Manali, ManuMaharshi temple. You will enjoy delicious local food of Manali and night stay at the hotel.
DAY 01 : DELHI – MANALI (560KM/12HRS)Our Voyage will start from Delhi the capital of India; our team will pick you up from Volvopickup stand at 5 PM and board bus for the journey to the Backpacker’s town Manali. Asit will be almost 12 hours journey from Delhi to Manali (560 km.Manali is situated at analtitude of more than 2000 meter from where you have the views of wooden forests,orchards, river, endless Himalayan mountain ranges. Volvo will be the in charge of yourcomfort concerns during overnight journeys.
Day 03: Manali to Rampur (197km)After breakfast, we ride on for 197 kms while heading on towards Rampur it has all the modernfacilities and it can be used as stopover before the long journey to Lahaul Spiti. Rampur is a smallcommercial hub. Arriving at Rampur will be all for the first day of our trip from Manali. Stay will beOvernight at Rampur.
Day 04: Rampur to Chitkul (133km)Today, we will start riding towards Chitkul-The Crown of Kinnaur. While travelling to Chitkul valley,river Baspa will be at your right side. On the way you will pass through Rakcham village. The Indianroad ends here. Arriving at Chitkul, the overnight stay will be in camps.
Day 05: Chitkul to Tabo (200km)We start riding towards Tabo It is a small town in the Lahaul and Spiti district on the banks of the SpitiRiver in Himachal Pradesh, India. The small village Tabo located at bank of river Spiti and situated on10,000 ft. above sea level. Tabo is famous for its ancient monastery; this monastery is awarded withWorld Heritage site by UNESCO. Tabo Monastery also known as “Himalayan Ajanta “ due to number ofcollection of fresco, painted on wall. On arrival check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Tabo to Kaza (48km)In morning we will be riding to Kaza and here you are into the Spiti Valleys. Kaza, located in the stateof Himachal Pradesh is a famous and important town in the Spiti Valley in Lahaul and Spiti district. Theold town is located on the outer edge of the city and the major attraction here is an ancientmonastery. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 07: Kaza Excursion Day to Key monastery, Langza, Komic, Hikkim villagesToday, we will explore the magnificent beauty of Kaza. We will visit the Key Gompa Monastery andnestled between the mountains in a bowl shaped area in the Spiti Valley is a small remote villagenamed Langza. Langza is also considered to be one of the highest villages in the world with amotorable road. Overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 08: Kaza to Chandratal (100km)From Kaza we will ride towards Chandratal here is also a motorable road available till a parking made2km before the lake. The name of the lake originates from its crescent shape. Chandra Tal offersmagnificent view at night (after sunset). After having dinner we will spend the night at campsite anddoze off in the tents under the dazzling sky.
Day 09: Chandratal to Manali to DelhiEarly morning after having breakfast, we start riding back toward Manali. On arrival, check in at hoteland time to say goodbye to your best companion, the bike which has been your best buddythroughout the entire adventurous trip. By Evening we will board Volvo Bus for Delhi.
Day 10: DelhiOvernight journey will be in a Volvo Bus. By morning at around 10 o’clock, we will reach Delhi. Thiswill be the end of Motor Biking tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• If you are joining with our bike then you have to payRs.10,000/- Deposit for Bike which will be refundedyou back on final day after completing bike trip.
• If you leave bike at any place during the trip thendeposit will not be refunded
• For Thunderbird/Classic 500cc Rs. 4000 will beAdditional & For Himalayan 411cc Rs. 8000 will beAdditional
• If you are joining with your own bike then Fuel willnot be included and the trip package will be from Day02 to Day 11.

Q. Which is the best time for Spiti Valley Bike Trip?A. The route from Manali to Spiti is only accessible from June to September. So these months are best to do a bike trip.
Q. Which bike do you provide for the trip?A. We provide 350cc Royal Enfield Bikes.
Q. Can we get an option for other bikes?A. Yes, we have options in Bike like Royal Enfield 500, Thunderbird and Himalayan, Avenger
Q. Do you have any right shift gear bikes?A. No, we don’t have bikes with right shift gears.
Q. What things do you provide with bike?A. We provide all the accessories like Carrier, helmets, Gloves, Cans for fuel etc during the trip.
Q. What about the condition bikes?A. All our bikes are in perfect condition, and we keep on adding new bikes to our fleet every year.
Q. Are fuel charges included in the trip cost?A. Yes, the fuel charges are also included in the trip cost.
Q. How is the condition of road during whole trip?A. Approximately, 60% of the route is of good conditioned roads and remaining 40% gives you an experience of the off road biking.
Q. Do I need to carry full set of bike repair tools?A. No, you do not need to carry any repair kit or tools as we have an experienced mechanic travelling along throughout the trip and he carries every tool which is needed during the trip.
Q. Which option do you provide for a backup vehicle?A. In backup vehicle, we generally provide a Tempo Traveler / Tata Sumo or Mahindra Bolero as an option depending on the batch size.
Q. Do you provide a map for the trip?A. Yes we can provide a map for you.
Q. What will be the size of group?A. 30 to 40 People
Q. What is the meal plan during the trip?A. We have a half board plan during the trip i.e. Breakfast & Dinner.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Which riding gears do I need to carry for Spiti trip?A. This is the kind of trip riding gears are made for. Get a riding jacket, pants, shoes etc. Gloves, guards and a full face helmet is provided from our end. Always keep in mind that all the riding gears should be appropriate to go against rain, hail and snow.
Q. Do I need to carry thermal wear?A. Yes, it will be too cold and temperature may go sub zero during June July as well. So it is always advisable to carry thermal wears along.
Q. Do I need to carry any documents with me?A. Yes, you are required to carry an original Driving License card and a passport size photograph.
Q. Is there an issue of low oxygen levels during this trip?A. Anybody who is travelling at a height of 10,000 feet above sea level will have difficulty in breathing or is most likely to fall prey to altitude sickness. It happens due to low level of atmospheric oxygen. The biggest cause of AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) is dehydration. People usually forget to drink enough water and fluids and while riding their bikes.To beat AMS, take the following steps:1. Drink lots and lots of water mixed with glucose.2. Take everything slow. Even little labor at high altitudes will leave you spent.3. Take one Diamox at Manali in the morning when you leave for Leh. Diamox takes one hour to start working.4. Don’t push too hard, take the trip slow. Ascend slowly, descend slowly.5. If you feel the symptoms creeping up, stop and take some rest. Don’t keep pushing.
Q. Which languages are spoken in Spiti?A. Local people speak Lahaul language though all of them understand Hindi with some of them (city dwellers) understand English too.
Q. What about money exchange, can we use Debit/credit cards?A. Money can be exchanged only in Manali town only, you can also use debit/credit card in few of the reputed shops and hotels but at an additional 2% service charge.
Q. Which mobile network is accessible during the trip?A. During whole trip you can get BSNL network at some places, in Manali you can get every mobile network but in Spiti region you can only access BSNL.
