Rajaji National Park in India is indeed a very impressive wildlife park. It was formed in 1983 by joining up the various sanctuaries that were contiguous such as the ones at Rajaji, Motichur and Chilla. The park covers more than 820 sq km and is in the foothills of the Himalayas popularly known as Shivalik Ranges.
