1. Carrier accesses their twCall-Off load list & selects load to schedule appointment

2. twCall-Off “links” to twSlot user interface which displays schedule slots for Shipper’s (or Consignee’s ) pick-up/delivery facility— Multiple loading slots are displayed for the facility— Shipper can place scheduling constraints on load as part

of twCall-Off load tender3. Carrier selects preferred slot & time from those that

are still available4. Carrier confirms & submits appointment, which

automatically updates the status of the load tender — Date/time stamp is automatically captured for each
