Editing in PHOTOSHOP

• I used Photoshop to edit my front cover• I used the function of ‘layers’ to separate all

the different aspects on my magazine cover when editing.

• The most important thing that I learnt, was how to manipulate the text on my front cover, by going on ‘layer style.’ I used the options such as invert, glow etc, which gave the final touches to my front cover.

• The ‘T’s’ on the side is the list of layers that I made in the progress

• This is how I choose the colours for my text

• I imported my title font (on the top) from Dafont.com

• This is an overview on what editing on Quark looked like

• Here I was editing my contents page

• I found the tools were pretty much the same as in Photoshop

• Here I was editing my double page spread

• It was designing this part in particular, in which I found the grid/column lines the most useful, as they structured my pages
