ice pigging Pipeline cleaning solution

Ice pigging is an innovative pipe cleaning system that uses ice slurry. When it is pumped into the pipe, it forms a plug that drags sediment and deposits with it, producing a descaling effect one thousand times more effective than flushing with water or other conventional systems. The results obtained are fast, efficient and environmentally friendly.

Ice pigging technology will be used to clean sections of pipe with some of the following water quality problems: dissolved solids (iron or manganese), sedimentation and turbidity, sludge and sand, biofilm, taste and odour.

Factory Ready Hygienic Ice Pigging Machine

Factory ready hygienic Ice pigging machine for line cleaning and improved product recovery on process lines seen as un-piggable. This ice production system combines ice production, storage, maintenance and delivery into one unit. The purpose of the unit is to manufacture two phase ice slurry using potable water and a selected additive as a freeze point depressant. The system operates on a continuous basis capable of delivering “always-ready” conditioned ice for the purpose of Ice Pigging of liquid products and foodstuffs in enclosed pipelines.

The STC heat transfer system is a consolidated process designed to contribute to the thermal drying of sludge and biomass at low temperatures using its own technology based on the application of solutions using residual energy and heat pumps.

Its low-temperature drier reduces the volume of sludge, both industrial and urban, from wastewater treatment plants and various industrial processes, facilitating the use of various types of residual energy, which can be easily transported and used for agricultural purposes or as an alternative fuel.

Eq tech is a technology developed for the treatment of complex industrial waste water.

The technology is based on the application of an electrical current between an anode and cathode in order to provide the electromotive force required to generate a series of chemical reactions, including:

Molecular breakdown

Oxidation-reduction

Chemical and electrochemical absorption

Separation and breakdown of emulsions and oils

These reactions contribute to the destabilisation of the contaminant molecules, leading to their precipitation and/or oxidation to more biodegradable compounds.

idroloc Leak detection system

idroloc is a leak detection system that uses helium as a tracer gas to carry out inspections without interrupting the water service for users.

It detects water leaks in both long-distance, large-diameter pipelines and in small distribution pipes and connections, in urban and non-urban environments. It offers a more precise and effective alternative to conventional acoustic methods, detecting leaks that are unnoticed by the latter system.

It operates on the basis of two premises: helium is lighter than air, due to which it tends to rise naturally to the surface; and the helium concentration in the earth’s atmosphere has a constant value.
