The standard is applicable to small-size submersible pumps (single stage or multistage) which is connected to three-phase or single-phase motor, whose rated power is lower than 22kW This standard specifies types, model, basic parameters, connection size, technical requirements, test methods, examination rules, marking, packaging and storage, range and information of submersible pumps

2 Type and model2.1

Small-size submersible pumps is vertical, coaxially or directly connected with the motor. International protection level of the pump should achieve IPX8 (except the water-filled motor), according to continuous duty S1

３、基本参数（ basic parameter）3.1 标准根据不同结构和型式，从整体出发对 QDX型、 QX

型、 Q型、 QY型、 QS型、 QD型、 QXL型、 QXR型潜水电泵在规定流量和扬程及配用电机功率下的电泵效率作了规定。 Based on different configurations and models (e.g. QDX-type, QX-type, Q-

type, QS-type, QY-type, QD-type, QXL-type, QXR-type), this standard

specified rated flow, head, pump efficiency under matching motor power.


3.2 规定的电泵效率是实物质量水平，电泵性能均以实际转速为基准，不折算（即实测值）——流量、扬程、功率均不换算至基本转速。对流量、扬程、转速、级数不符合基本参数的，其电泵效率按下确定： Rated pump efficiency means the actual efficiency when the pump translating the maximum solid particle. Pump performance is the measured data with the actual shaft speed, in other words head, flow rate and power don’t convert to the fundamental shaft speed. 4 电泵性能（Motor-pump performance）4.1 电泵在 0.8倍 ~1.2倍规定流量范围内，电泵的输入功率应不超过表 4的规定。 When pump works during the 0.8~1.2 times specified flow rate, the input power of

motor can not exceed the specified value in Tab.4

4.2 电泵效率偏差为－ {［ 0.1003/（电动机效率－ 0.02）］－ 0.067}倍电泵效率。 Deviation of motor-pump efficiency is equal to － {[0.1003/(motor efficiency－ 0.02]-

4.3 电泵的流量与扬程的容差应符合 GB/T 12785-2014中 2级的规定。 Measurement and calculation of pump performance should conform to GB/T 12785-

5 安全要求 (safety requirements)5.1 电泵完全潜入水中，在表 4规定的输入功率运行时，电动机定子绕组的温升限值（电阻法）应符合下表的规定。 When the motor-pump is submersed in the fluid and operating under the specified input power (in Tab.4), temperature rise of stator windings (resistance method) should be limited in the following table.

5.2 电动机的定子绕组对机壳的绝缘电阻应不低于下表的规定。充水式电动机的绝缘电阻测量应在定子绕组浸在常温水中历时 12 h 后进行。 The insulation resistance between the stator windings and stator housing should be larger than the specified value in the following table. About water-filled motor, insulation resistance must be measured after submersing motor in water with room temperature for 12 hours.

5.3 电泵——电动机的定子绕组应能承受为时 1 min 的耐电压试验而不发生击穿。试验电压的频率为 50Hz ，并尽可能为正弦波形。试验电压的有效值：对单相电动机为 1500 V ，对三相电动机为 1760 V 。 Motor stator windings should be able to withstand inter-turn withstand voltage test without breakdown during 1min. Single-phase motor test voltage (peak value) is 1500V, and the three-phase is 1760V, where the frequency is 50Hz with nearly sine curve.

型式试验时，定子绕组的耐电压试验应在绕组接近工作温度时进行。 During the type inspection, withstand voltage test of the stator windings should be started when temperature of stator windings closing to the operating temperature.

同一台电泵不应重复进行本项试验。当有特殊要求或合同规定必须重复本项试验时，须明确因此可能影响电泵使用等因素后，仅可进行一次重复试验，试验电压为 80% 的规定试验电压。 Motor withstand voltage test should not be repeated. If it is necessary, test can only be repeated and the voltage shall be 80% of specified value.


5.4 电泵应有安全可靠的过热或过电流等保护装置，并符合下列要求： Over heating or overcurrent protectors should be installed in the pump to ensure operating safety:

a）内装保护装置随产品提供，并在产品使用说明书中明确说明保护装置； a) In-built protectors are supplied with the product, and must be written in the operation instruction.

b ）外配保护装置应在产品使用说明书中给出具体要求和配置的方法； b) Operation instruction also states requirements and installation methods of out-built protectors.

c）用户有要求时可外配带漏电保护装置。 c) Electric leakage protection could be supplied according to users.


5.5 电泵应有可靠的接地装置或螺栓，并有明显的接地标志。 Motor-pump should have reliable grounding device or bolts with visible grounding sign.

5.6 电缆线端标志与旋转方向应符合 GB 1971的规定，且转向与泵工作方向一致，并应保证标志在电泵使用期内不易磨灭。 Sign of the motor cable and its rotation direction, which agrees with the rotation direction of the impeller, should conform to GB 1971. Meanwhile, the sign is ensured to be clearly and visible in the long running process.

5.7 电泵的安全应符合 GB 10395.8的规定。 Safety requirements of motor-pump should conform to GB 10395.8.

5.8 电泵的安全标志应符合 GB 10396 的规定。 Safety sign of the pump should conform to GB 10396.


6 试验方法（ test methods）6.1 电泵的性能试验按 GB/T 12785-2014中 2级的规定进行。试验时，电泵应潜入水中进行，电缆长度为 5m。 Measurement and calculation of pump performance should conform to GB/T 12785-2014, the accuracy is grade 2B. The length of motor cable is over 5m.

6.2 电泵中承受水压的零部件、叶轮的静（动）平衡试验不解体进行，可用同规格零部件代替。 The same components of the motor-pump are chosen alone to tested in the hydrostatic and static (dynamic) balance experiment, instead of the entire pump. 6.3 电泵的线端标志和转向试验按 GB 1971的规定进行。 Sign of the motor cable and the rotating test should conform to GB 1971. 6.4 安全性与安全标志检查按 GB 10395.8和 GB 10396 的规定进行。 Safety techniques and the examination of safety sign should conform to GB 10395.8 and GB 10396.


7 检验规则（ inspection rule ） 7.1 检验分为出厂检验和型式检验。 ( Factory inspection and type inspection)7.1.1 出厂检验是产品出厂前按标准规定的例行检查，分抽检和全检项目，涉及安全的全检，其他抽检。 Factor inspection is the routine check before products leave the factory, which contains complete inspection (about safety) and spot check .7.1.2 型式检验是按标准规定的所有项目和不同要求的型式检查，按批量检查，样本大小至少为 2 台。 Type inspection checks all types and different requirements in the standard. The number of samples used in batch check should not be less than 2.7.2 对叶轮静平衡与动平衡试验、电泵水或气压试验、电动机空载特性试验、电动机堵转特性试验，可用零件或部件的过程检验代替，不解体进行（当有特殊要求或规定必须进行解体试验时，应对解体可能影响性能的因素加以明确）。 The same components of the motor-pump are chosen instead of the entire pump to inspected in the hydrostatic test, static (dynamic) balance experiment, motor no-load and locked-rotor test. If entire pumps have to be disassembled for the inspection, it must elucidate all the possible factors impacting on the performance.

1 、标准适用于输送各类污水或含有泥沙、纤维物、粪便、河泥肥等不溶固相物的混合液体的单相或三相污水污物潜水电泵 , 规定了其型式、型号、基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。1. The standard is applicable to submersible pumps which is connected to three-phase or single-phase motor and used to translate solid-liquid fluid. Solids are insoluble (e.g. sediment, fibers, excrement and canal mud). This standard also specifies types, model, basic parameters, connection size, technical requirements, test methods, examination rules, marking, packaging and storage, range and information of complete submersible pumps for deep well.


2、型式与型号（ type and model）2.1 电泵单级或多级立式，泵与电动机同轴。外壳防护等级为 IPX8，是以连续工作制（ S1）为基准的连续定额。 Submersible pumps may be multistage or single stage, and coaxially connected with motor. ３、基本参数（ basic parameter ）3.1 标准根据不同结构和型式，从整体出发对 WQ 污水污物潜水电泵的离心、旋流、流道、螺旋、混流、轴流式电泵，在电源频率为 50Hz ，电压为 220V或 380V、 660V、 3kV 、 6kV 、 10kV 时和规定的使用条件下，对相应流量、扬程和配用电机功率及通过颗粒最大直径下的电泵效率作了规定。但排出口径为推荐值。 Based on different configurations and models (e.g. centrifugal-flow, mixed-flow, axial-flow, vortex type, channel type, spiral type) under different operation voltages (220V, 380V, 660V, 3kV, 6kV, 10kV) and 50Hz frequency, this standard specified rated flow, head, shaft speed, motor power of the submersible motor-pump, especially the pump efficiency with the maximum solid particle diameter. But, the discharge diameter is a recommended value.


3.2 规定的电泵效率是在通过最大颗粒直径下的实物质量水平，电泵性能均以实际转速为基准，不折算（即实测值）——流量、扬程、功率均不换算至基本转速。对流量、扬程、转速不符合基本参数的，其电泵效率按下确定： Rated pump efficiency means the actual efficiency when the pump translating the maximum solid particle. Pump performance is the measured data with the actual shaft speed, in other words head, flow rate and power don’t convert to the fundamental shaft speed. 4 电泵性能（ motor-pump performance ）4.1 电泵在 0.7倍 ~1.3倍规定流量范围内，轴功率应不超过电泵的额定功率。When pump works among the 0.8~1.2 times specified flow rate, the input power of motor can not exceed its rated value.

4.2 电泵在规定流量下的扬程应不低于 94% 的规定扬程；对轴流式应不低于 90% 的规定扬程。When pump works under the specified flow rate, the actual head is not lower than 0.94 times rated head. About the axial-flow pump, the limiting value is 0.9 times rated head.

4.3 在 0.7倍～ 1.3倍规定流量范围内，泵轴功率不超过电泵功率且电泵效率高于本标准规定值时，允许降低电泵电机的配套功率档次。 If pump works among the 0.7~1.3 times specified flow rate, the shaft power is lower than the rated value and motor-pump efficiency is higher than the rated value, the grade of matched power can be reduced.

4.4 电泵效率的下偏差为－ 0.045倍的规定电泵效率。 Lower deviation of the motor-pump efficiency is -0.045 times rated value.4.5 电泵电机的额定功率应符合按式（ 1）和式（ 2）计算的值： Rated motor power is calculated by eq.(1) and (2):

4.6 电泵的安装型式分移动安装、自耦安装、井筒安装、基础安装四种，由供需双方按合同要求确定。 Installation types: submerged portable installation submerged coupling installation shaft installation foundation installation



5 安全要求 (safety requirements)

5.1 电泵电机的定子绕组对机壳的绝缘电阻冷态时，对电压 660 V及以下者应不低于 50 MΩ；对电压为 660 V以上者应不低于 100 MΩ。 When the stator winding of the motor keeps cold state, the insulation resistance should be larger than 50MΩ if the voltage is lower than 660V; on the contrary the insulation resistance should be larger than 100MΩ.

5.2 对电泵功率大于 15 kW 以上的电泵应有密封泄漏监控装置。 If the motor power is larger than 15kW, a device should be installed to monitor sealing leakage or not.

5.3 电泵中应有明显的红色旋转方向标志。 The sign of rotation direction must be visible and colored by red in motor-pump.

6 试验方法（ test methods ）6.1 电泵效率应采用实测法测得，其值按式（ 3 ）确定： Motor-pump efficiency is measured by actual methods, and calculated by eq.(3)

1 、标准适用于井用潜水泵与井用潜水电动机连成一体的单相、三相充水式、充油式、干式和屏蔽式等结构型式的同轴和非同轴的潜水电泵 ,规定了其连接尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装和贮存、泵装置的成套范围和资料等。1. The standard is applicable to submersible pumps for deep well which is connected to three-phase or single-phase submersible motor. The types of the induction motor include water-filled, oil-filled, dry-type and the shielded. This standard specifies types, model, basic parameters, connection size, technical requirements, test methods, examination rules, marking, packaging and storage, range and information of complete submersible pumps for deep well.

2、型式与型号（ type and model）2.1 电泵为多级立式，有导流壳或导叶，离心或混流式叶轮。泵与电动机为直接连接或同轴。是以连续工作制（ S1）为基准的连续定额。 Deep well pumps are multistage and vertical, with guide vanes, radial or mixed impellers. Coupled type between pumps and submersible motors are direct or coaxial, according to continuous duty S1.2.2 结构型式 (structure type) Y——充油式（ oil-filled motor ）； P——屏蔽式（ shielded motor ）； G—— 干式（ dry-type motor ）； —— 充水式不标注（ no marked means water-filled motor ）。2.3 电机类型 ( motor type ) D—— 单相（ one-phase motor ）； —— 三相不标注（ no marked means three-phase motor ）。


2.4 　产品结构 (configuration)2.4.1 图为充油式电泵，主要有：出水节、辅助轴承、轴套、叶轮、导叶、泵壳、进水节、推力轴承、机械密封、定子、转子、油、下轴承、密封圈、支撑底座、引出电缆等组成。 The left figure illustrates the configuration of an oil-filled submersible motor-pump for deep well, namely, outlet pipe, bearings, shaft sleeve, impellers, guide vanes, pump casing walls, pump base, inlet pipe, thrust bearings, mechanical seals, oil, seal ring, motor rotor, motor stator, motor cable.

2.3 井泵型号表示方法 ( pump model) 型号由汉语拼音大写字母和阿拉伯数字等组成，其意义如下： Pump model is consisted of capitalized pinyin letters and numbersas follows:

标记示例：机座号为 200 ，流量 80m3/h ，扬程 55m 的泵，其标记为： 200QJ80—55 。 Example: 200QJ80-55 represents that pump frame size is 200, flow rate is 80 m3/h, head is 55m .

标记示例 (e.g)：机座号 200，功率 15kW，井用充水式三相异步电动机，其标记为： YQS200-15。YQS200-15 represents that motor frame number 200, power of 15kW, water-filled, three-phase submersible induction motor for deep well.机座号 250，功率 37kW，井用充油式三相异步电动机，其标记为： YQSY250-37。YQSY250-37, represents that frame number 250, power of 37kW, oil-filled, three-phase submersible induction motor for deep well.

３、基本参数（ basic parameter ）3.1 标准根据不同结构和型式，对井用潜水泵、潜水电机在规定的流量、扬程、转速、电机功率、井下最大径向尺寸下的泵效率、电机效率作了规定。 Based on different configurations and models, the standard specified rated

flow, head, shaft speed, motor power of the submersible motor-pump,

especially the rated pump efficiency and motor efficiency with the maximum

diameter.

3.2 标准分别给出了潜水泵与潜水电动机、电动机与潜水泵的连接尺寸及配合公差。Connection size and tolerance between pumps and submersible motors should be given in the standard.

4.2 泵性能（ pump performance）4.2.1 泵在 0.8倍～ 1.2倍规定流量范围内电动机的输入功率不超过允许的最大输入功率 Pmax。最大输入功率 Pmax按式（ 1）或（ 2）计算：When pump work during the 0.8~1.2 times specified flow rate, the input power of motor can not exceed its maximum value Pmax. And Pmax is calculated by equation (1) or (2):

4.3 标准给出了在泵允许使用的性能范围内，向下的轴向力（包括轴向水推力和转子自重）应小于表的规定值。In available conditions, this standard states that the downward axial thrust, including the axial thrust and weight of rotor, shall be less than the specified value in the next Table.

5 试验方法（ test methods ）5.1 电泵性能分为直连和同轴试验。 Motor-pump test divides into two types: the direct and coaxial.

5.2 直连电泵的性能为机组和电机试验。About the direct: the motor and unit should be tested, respectively. 5.3 同轴电泵的性能为机组试验。About the coaxial: the test is only focused on the motor-pump unit.

5.2 电泵的性能试验按 GB/T 12785 中的 2B 级规定进行。Calculation of pump performance and test results should conform to GB/T 12785-2014, the accuracy is grade 2B.

1 、标准适用于各类潜水电泵（以下简称电泵），包括各类潜水电动机和潜水泵的试验，规定了潜水电泵性能试验和验收（或评定）方法。1. This standard specifies test and examination methods for submersible motor-pumps, which is applicable to most submersible motors and pumps.


2 、试验类型 (test types) 2.1 制造厂的产品性能检验：是制造厂对产品在保证点是否达到了保证值的检验。试验项目按有关产品标准规定。Product performance examination of the manufacturer means that the manufacturer examines the

product rated point to the guarantee value or not, in which test types are performed by the related standards.

2.2 合同验收试验 (contractual acceptance test) 2.2.1 非见证性验收试验。经合同双方商定认可的制造厂或第三方试验台上进行。非见证试验没有买方代表在场，由制造方和承担试验方共同遵守本标准进行试验。Non-presence acceptance test: the tested place or setup must be discussed and accepted by both

contracting parties. Buyer's representative is absent from the test, but the manufacturer and the third-party institution must follow rules of the standard to do the acceptance test.

2.2.2见证性验收试验。买方代表参与的验收试验，试验项目由合同双方商定Witness acceptance test: buyer's representative participates in the test, test types should be discussed

and accepted by both contracting parties.

2.3 监督性抽查试验。是授权的产品质量监督检验机构进行的质量抽查试验。Supervision and spot test: is implemented by the product quality supervision and inspection agencies.
