About the Project

The STG renewable energy technology is

based on the early works of Dr. Nikola Tesla,

Alfred Hubbard, Dr. T. H. Moray, and more

specifically the work of Professor John R. R.

Searl in the UK during the 1950s and 60s.

Dr. Paul M. Brown further advanced the

technology with his work in the 1980s and 90s

before his accidental death at the early age of

How it works

The STG is based on linear induction motor technology riding on a magnetic bearing able to convert random outside heat energy and radiation into useful uniform or coherent electrical power. The working principle in the same manner as the energy cycle of a hydroelectric power plant with respect to harnessing water as part of an open system; instead however, the STG does it at the quantum level with electrons, where the reservoir of electrons are supplied by the rare earth metal Neodymium. It takes advantage of the electron’s ability to absorb and emit kinetic energy to harness outside energy in a system that recycles those electrons. It does not create energy; rather, it converts the energy already present!

Abundant Electrons

The STG uses the abundant electrons in the rare earth material to start the system. It is a low maintenance and cost effective solution. It maintains continuous output 24 hours a day, 7 days a week regardless of weather conditions. The STG’smoving parts do not come into contact with any other parts, therefore the STG’s life cycle in unlimited (low or no costs for repairs and maintenance). The STG is a smarter grid solution for on site electrical power production where the power is needed, with zero emission. The STG is a highly efficient renewable energy solution.

The STG is designed to deliver electrical energy on demand and to respond instantly to changing load conditions systematically. It is a frictionless and noiseless generator that never wears against its moving parts. This is a feature that adds value to the product and enables it to operate uninterrupted –perhaps, indefinitely. A design that can be engineered for a minimum of 15 KW and can be scaled up in size. The STG is the optimum green energy alternative as it is a system that will not create pollution nor contribute to global warming at anytime.

The developing world presents one of the best windows of opportunity for the promotion and use of the STG. There is a real opportunity to be seized at many levels, at which the use and production of renewable energy can bring about positive benefits. Renewable energy will also create jobs and generate additional revenue streams while reducing expenses, by preventing the construction of fossil fuel power plants and transmission lines.

Renewable energy will enable developing countries to avoid what modern countries are going through today; most existing power plants and transmission structures that exist today will need to be replaced, and the cost will be very expensive. Accordingly, developing counties would have a more advanced pollution free electrical production solution as compared to today’s advanced countries.

for the following reasons:

Energy production and use has an important economic impact. Most developing countries are net importers of energy. Some of them have benefited from the increase in oil prices in recent years, but most have not, and have suffered as a result.

A significant proportion of the revenues of developing countries, and of the development aid received, have been outweighed by the oil price increase. Yet, as energy consumers and producers, developing countries have a lot of catching up to do.

Access to Electricity

There are 1.6 billion people in the developing world that do not have access to electricity; as well as 2.4 billion people that use traditional biomass, such as wood or agricultural residues for cooking, heating and other needs, often in an unsustainable manner, which runs counter to their own interests in terms of economic development and health.

Better access to sustainable energy services is necessary at macro level to foster economic growth, and at micro level to stimulate businesses and income generating activities. Small business, public buildings and homes need adequate energy for lighting, communication, water supply, heating and cooling. Streetlights, for example in Africa, are essential for safety at night.

Energy is also important from an environmental viewpoint. Energy emissions represent 80 percent of total GHG emissions, contributing to global warming and making the trend towards natural disasters in many parts of the world worse. With increasing energy shortages and environmental concerns in mind, renewable energy is more and more critical for a sustainable energy future.

The STG Cost:

The STG cost - $1M - $3M USDA / 1MW 100% demand power = $1.00 - $3.00 per watt installed. The average home in the US uses between 1 and 1.5 KW of electricity on average, so not taking highs and lows into consideration, 1 MW would power between 750 and 1000 homes.

Solar Cost:

Solar electricity power $9M -$18M USDA / 3MW for 100% demand power when sun light is available = $3.00 - $6.00 per watt installed. A 3MW system would be needed to generate 1MW of demand power, plus acres of land would be needed for a solar farm. A Solar electric power solution will not produce on demand power 24 hours a day.

There is no competitor on the market with this particular technology and, from what the Company has been able to determine, no other company has the personnel with the academic and technical expertise, nor the magnetizing capacity to reproduce it. The STG involves a sophisticated magnetization process that imprints patterns on permanent magnetic layers that cannot be reverse engineered. The cylindrically shaped layered construction, energy output, reliability and continuous operation gives it a distinct advantage over the competition in the field of energy production at both small and large scales.

Spintronic Tech Group consists of Spintronics, Inc., Searl Technology, Inc. and Searl Magnetronics, LLC who collectively own certain intellectual property rights of the early developers for the Searl Effect Technology, Professor John R. R. Searl and Dr. Paul M. Brown, as well as the patent pending Spintronic Generator technology, more recently invented by Captain Kirk G. Miller, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. A team of credentialed engineers, under the direction of Bruce Parsons, Ph.D. are in the process of developing a series of prototypes.

Development and Operation Strategies

First phase involves the R&D timetable for 15KW to 100KW prototypes which will lead towards the development of a 1 megawatt STGmanufacture’s prototype designed for production.

Philip H. Talbert J.D., Chairman of the Board - CEO. Mr. Talbert has over 50 years of wide ranging business and professional experience including his having founded and served for over seven years as CEO of Peripheral Systems, Inc. a public company that was listed on NASDAQ (PSIX) and the Pacific Stock Exchange (PS). During this period, Mr. Talbert discovered the “genius” of Dr. Paul M. Brown, a young physicist who had invented and later patented a revolutionary device that converted the decay (electrons) of radioisotopes, derived from nuclear waste material, directly to electrical energy. He is the author of the award winning book “The Half-Life of a Nuclear Battery,” and has continued his advocacy and belief that clean, safe and abundant energy should be available to all people. Mr. Talbert has served on the Board of Directors of numerous publicly traded and privately held companies, and as a consultant and financial advisor to myriad companies in both the private and public sector. He is one of the early pioneers in the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) arena and is a recognized authority in that field. He also has used the resources of his wide-ranging experience in the corporate finance and benefits field as the basis for extensive writing and lecturing activities including Purdue University, Lewis & Clark Law School, the Oregon State Bar Association, the Idaho State Bar and the Alaska Bar Association. He is listed in “Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals.”

Kirk G. Miller, COO-Secretary/Treasurer, Director. Mr. Miller has been actively involved in new and exotic alternative energy technology for many years, which includes extensive research, evaluation, financing and management. He is the inventor listed on the Spintronic Generator patent. Early in his career he was an industrial Engineer with Western Gold and Platinum Company which included supervision and inspection of new products. He then served six years in the United States Coast Guard as a Pilot of the Grumman Albatross after which he joined Delta Airlines where he was Captain of Boeing 727, 737, 757, 767, and Lockheed L-1011 aircraft for over 30 years. He earned a BS degree in Industrial Technology at California Polytechnic University, and a BA in English at Florida International University.

Bruce Parsons, Ph.D., Vice President, Science/Engineering. Dr. Parsons oversees research and development and engineering. He has over 25 years experience involving electrical engineering, research and management. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Trackmaster, Inc. of Fort Lauderdale since 1998 and was previously a Senior Research and Development Engineer/Scientist at Boston Scientific Corporation, a major medical instruments manufacturer. He has extensive experience in research and development in Molecular Biology, Muscle Cell Physiology and Bioengineering and has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami, Department of Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology. Dr. Parsons also has extensive experience in electrical/optical engineering having coordinated engineering projects in design, development and implementation of myriad electrical and electronic systems. He holds B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami and Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Clemson University.

Bradley Lockerman, Vice President-Investor & Media Relations, Director. Mr. Lockerman has been involved in the motion picture and television industry for many years. Born in Milford, Connecticut, USA (1955), Bradley left his university education unfinished for a career out west. He is best known for his work as a contract player with the CBS daytime series “Capitol” (5 years) and ABCs long running “General Hospital” (1.5 years). He can be seen in various other film and television productions. While serving as a board member with L.A.C.E.S. (Los Angeles County Epilepsy Society) directed and co-produced the short film “A Very Special Year”. He created KEEPERS OF THE EARTH LLC and BKL Films for the purpose of bringing “The John Searl Story” (the man that may have solved the “energy crisis”), an award winning DVD, to the marketplace and is credited as writer, director and executive producer. Bradley has been a team member with Searl Technology in numerous capacities since its inception. His primary efforts are raising capital, communications, media, marketing and promotion of the Searl Technology and the Searl story.

Russell Anderson, R&D Engineer. Mr. Anderson, has lectured extensively on Non-Conventional Energy and Propulsion Systems since 1990 including the International Tesla Society Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the Institute for New Energy (INE) symposium in Salt Lake City, Utah and has published papers in NEW ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES journal and THE JOURNAL OF NEW ENERGY., He was invited to speak at the first Global Breakthrough Energy Movement conference in Holland, where he lectured on Magnetic Motors, SEG, and IGV technology, and he was invited back by the Global BEM to speak at their 2nd conference in Boulder, Colorado in 2013. Most recently Mr. Anderson lectured on SEG and IGV technology at the 2nd annual Tesla Memorial conference at the Hotel New Yorker in Manhattan. He has also demonstrated working TT Brown Flying Discs (US. Pat. No. 2,949,550, ELECTROKINETIC APPARATUS) at the Second International Antigravity conference, in Reno, Nevada (hosted by James Cox of ANTIGRAVITY AND SPACEDRIVE NEWS). He wrote and presented a paper on Antigravity technology (BEAMSHIP TECHNOLOGY: A Re-Working of Early 20th Century Discoveries) at, respectively. He also presented a three-meter diameter (full-scale) mockup model of Searl Inverse Gravity Vehicle and lectured alongside Professor John R. R. Searl at the Tesla Tech conference and exposition in 2010, and has continued to address the Tesla Days/Tesla Foundation conferences in Philadelphia regularly. In August of 2013, Anderson traveled with the STI team to Beijing, China, where he was in charge of operating and maintaining STG demo equipment. John A. Thomas, Jr., Vice President–Transportation, Director. Mr. Thomas is the CEO of Direct International Science Consortium, Inc. (D.I.S.C.), an affiliate of Searl Technology, Inc., which has for many years been involved with John Searl in redevelopment activities involving the SEG technology. He has over 40 years experience in the electrical and technology sectors including 25 years with Eastman Kodak Co. His experience also involves power controls, instrumentation and communication for Nuclear Fuelled Power Plants, Water Treatment Plants and related manufacturing facilities. He is the author of the book titled “Antigravity: The Dream Made Reality” and is a spokesman in the documentary movie titled “The John Searl Story.”

Alan Fleming, Director. Mr. Fleming is CEO of Searl Technology Australia Pty Ltd (STA), a Searl Technology Licensed Affiliate. Alan, who holds a Diploma in Business Management, was elected to the Board in early August 2012 as a result of his successful efforts in assisting STI in a number of significant ways, including the raising of Funds to aid in the STG technology development program. He is a successful Australian businessman who has held senior Management positions with some major Australian companies including Medibank, Grace Bros Removals, Rank Industries and EAC. Since 1994 Alan has been involved in a number of Consulting Businesses including providing Business advice and Training to a wide range of business organizations. He is an author of the book titled “Management of Real Estate Businesses,” and has written over 200 training programs and delivered training on a large variety of management topics. After attending the first AGM of SMI, Alan was so impressed by the opportunities the technology offered to the world for a green renewable energy future that he acquired the Australian, New Zealand and Pacific Region license rights to the Technology.

Xie Hao (Carla) Vice President, Asia Operations, Director – Ms Hao is CEO of Searl Energy Group, based in Hong Kong, of which STI owns 30%. Carla is a private person who has always been committed to a green planet and became even more so, firstly after viewing a John Searl story video and secondly after attending a summit in Guangzhou China covering Low Carbon Earth Summit, New Energy Forum, Annual World Congress of Green-Tech, Annual Congress of Green Auto & Smart City Summit, 2012. Listening to the many specialists’ presentations, it confirmed for her that the world is in a very bad shape and the need for BIG change in current use of polluting energy sources. Carla heads up a Chinese Group of R&D personnel and has good contacts with government and large investor groups that will support her group in China once the prototype is developed and ready for commercialization. As China is the biggest developing country which must lead the change in green technology, is just one reason why the Chinese government is supporting alternative energies in a big way. The new government is setting high standards on both alternative energies and demands on new development. Her group acquired the License for Searl Technology in August 2013.
