Personas, Wireframes and User journeys

UX ARTIFACTS

1 CardSorting

This technique helps on many aspects

of the UX process.

I’ve used it mostly with information

architecture, where I can define with

stakeholders:

# Important sections of a website or

mobile app

# Relevant topics or content

# Reorganizing existing navigation or

section

2 User Journey

User journey pictures the entire

process of a particular feature. We can

also identify the touch points that will

interact with systems, machines or

mobile phones.

It also helps to refine initial

requirements and make sure the

requirement gathering is going to the

right direction.

3 User Personas

Personas play a good part on

long-term product design.

From user research, we build up this

document which will be refined and

validated at each release of our prod-

uct, website/e-commerce or mobile

app. Design will be based on the data

collected and displayed on the perso-

nas doc.

Other UX assets can benefit from this

document as well.

4 Wireframes& Prototypes

This technique is very handy to test

and validate requirements and ideas,

as well as execute user testing at an

earlier stage.

It’s a fast visual simulation of what will

be developed and helps the team on

understanding features and workflows.

It also helps on reducing complex

documentation prior to development.

1 GDRFAMobile APP

Prototype and design of the 2014

version of the GDRFA Dubai mobile

app.

What we’ve done in this project:

* The current application has a different

design as those designs where part of a

concept design exercise in 2014.

2 Camel RaceMobile app

The camel race app was developed

entirely by EOV. The idea of this app

is to support the team at the race

track.

The app synchronizes and bring all

the updated information regarding

camels and owners. With a specific

device, the user scans the camel chip

and inserts the id number on the app

in order to retrieve camel’s and

owner’s details.

National SME is a product from EOV

in partnership with Sharjah SME and

Dubai SME.

In this project I’m responsible for the

4 The MTSSaaS

The MTS stands for Mission Task

System and aims to easily tracks

delegation and flow of tasks.

Users are able to create boards, add

collaborators and share tasks with

them. Managers are able to choose

completed and rejected tasks, giving

a direct feedback to contributors and

team.

4 The MTSSaaS

The mobile app is a hybrid app to

serve iOs and Android. The web app

has been build using Rest API and the

mobile app will have the same

features as the web app.

Movy is a corporate social media

channel in Brazil made by Constat.

This job was a freelance and I was

responsible for the following

activities:

mobile app

6 DNRD WebsiteConcept design

In 2014 the UX team of emaratech

was requested to combine the ednrd

and the dnrd.ae website together

and come up with a new concept

design.

After 2 meetings with the client we

came across with this proposal,

considering a sharepoint 2010

platform.

7 UNIMEDMobile app

Propose a new design of the Unimed

POA mobile app. Unimed is the

biggest health care insurance in Brazil,

with healthcare coverage over the

whole country. Every region takes part

on their own IT development and this

app was dedicated to the south

region of Brazil
