What is Nudge?

Nudge is a musical instrument.

It connects everyday objects with parameters in Ableton Live.

Rotating and moving an object changes the sound that’s made.

Any parameter in Ableton Live can be mapped.

Let’s makesome music.

First, introduce an object.Configure its home position and orientation by moving the object and using

the GUI projected around the object.

Next, map to parameters.Select a property of the object, then select a parameter in Ableton Live.

Ranges can be configured and tested during configuration.

Then perform!At this stage, the object is ready for composition or performance. Each object’s performance GUI can be configured and adjusted.
