Specialties for the conferenceThe conference will be held:

Environmental friendly – We will take actions like sharply reducing disposable uses of things during the conference and serving more natural food as we can

With kids involved in Global Village – We will hold a global village near residential communities with local kids getting involved to give them impacts on culture diversity, which will spread our AIESEC culture to the new generation meaningfully and fun!

With Heroes as a theme for fun time – All of our delegates will enjoy a 5-day-4-night conference with endless funs! We will dress up as heroes, have the themed parties and actually fulfill us with the precious time!

Delegate Application Instructions:

Executive Board members in each LC are supposed to attend the conference

Team leaders &coordinators are recommended to attend the conference

Trainees in China are recommended for participations in our Trainees track and global village

Other members, EPs and members from other countries & regions are welcome to the conference for a wider range of communications

Members’ parents are welcome to join us in Parents Track, Global Village and meetings with externals

Application Process:

1. Fill your requested information in the application table correctly and get it back to the responsible person in your LC (LCP or Chief Delegate)

2. Chief Delegates should sum up information and send it to OC before June 25th

3. OC will confirm applications, gather up the information and send 2nd letter afterward to the delegates

4. Get everything prepared in the two mailings and waiting for your wonderful trip here!!!

*Tips:

- Parents & trainees application will be directly confirmed by LCP and OC

- Members from other countries & regions can send their application to Anthony Shi at sqy11@msn.com

Payments Details & Important datesFEE

For Delegates:

RMB 400 should be paid on or before July 3th

For Trainees ： RMB 400 should be paid if staying for the whole conference

RMB 95/Day should be paid if not

For Parents:

Will be instructed in the Special Instruction for Parents Track

Deposit Fee:

For each LC we ask RMB 500 of deposit fee in case of damage during the

conference

If nothing is damaged, the deposit fee will be returned to Chief Delegate

at the end of the conference.

IMPORTANT DATES

Delegate number should be confirmed by June 25th

The Chief Delegate should be selected by June 25th ,

(by when his/her LC is supposed to give the Chief Delegate contact to OC)

The delegate fee should be transferred to OC account before July 1th.

Deposit fee should be transferred to OC account before July 6th.

Special Instructions on Parents track

The sessions parents will be participating our day 5 in:- Parents Track with Q&A- Meeting with our externals on CSR day- Global Village- Post Tour in Wuhan (After the conference!)

Payment:

Hotel: 武汉大唐商务酒店 RMB168/Night

And Parents are supposed to eat with delegates or order their own

Special Tips:

- This is an official invitation from Member’s Committee, Mainland China

- Parents will ONLY be for day 5 with CSR day, which externals are there too. So it won’t be uncomfortable for the delegates;

- Some parents aren’t supporting what AIESECers do because they don’t see the value, so we are letting them in to see how we impact society;

- It will be a good summer holiday especially with a post tour!=)

This is the very first time we invite parents to our Natco!! To give your parents a chance knowing about what our vision and mission is, and give us a better understanding and support – you will make this happen by taking the irreplaceable opportunity bringing your parents to our Natco!!=)

experience with us

Kids will also give some performances and enjoy themselves with us

- It will also contain a ‘China Village’ which delegates from different part of China will have a show on

What to prepare:

- Each LC should decide one who’s responsible for the show(Ro-calls, typical singing or dancing, etc.) and tell OC before June 27th

- Trainees and delegates are supposed to bring their presents(food, drinks, dresses) with them

- Make a list about the stuffs you will bring yourself and stuffs you need us to provide and send it to Sylvia sylvia2580@gmail.com before July 1th.

- OC will contact each LC about their preparation
