Mixology (a game for the iPhone)
-characters order drinks
-user “mixes” the drinks
-recipe steps show up at the bottom right
-use blue buttons to switch between ingredient categories (liquors, mixers, garnishes)
-user can scroll through the items on the shelf
-user slides the drink towards the customer who ordered it (must remember who ordered what)
Game Play
-multiple timed rounds
-rounds progress in difficulty (increased number of customers, or more complicated drinks, etc.)
-user gets points for each correctly made and delivered drink
-user must deliver as many drinks as possible in each round, must get a certain number of points to progress to the next round
-if the user doesn’t get the required amount of points, they are fired (game over)
-user can get “tips” (bonuses) for very fast service
Unresolved Issues
-need to add timer into the interface
-What happens if the user turns the iPhone sideways (i.e. converts to landscape mode)?
