• It is created a Technichal Consultant Commite of REDD+ (CTC REDD+), advices the GT-REDD
• It is published the “The visión of México about REDD”.
2011
• Working Group of Early Actions REDD+(GT-AT ) is created in the en la Commission Interministerial rural sustainable development Commission
