• LinkChamp DC-AC Inverters provide in-vehicle AC power to work & utility vehicles, heavy duty trucks and emergency vehicles to operate tools, appliances, lights and other electronic equipment wherever they are needed.
• LinkChamp DC-AC inverters take stored battery power and [environmentally friendly ] silently convert it to AC power eliminating the need of installing and maintaining noisy generators as a mobile AC power source.
• The Diagram on the next page of LinkChamp DC-AC Auto-Transfer/ inverter/charger installed on a typical heavy duty truck or utility/work truck takes stored battery power and converts it to AC power to run appliances like Grinders, Drills, Electric chain saws, heat guns and other work tools. Inverting power from a battery bank is a quiet and environmentally friendly alternative to idling the engine to supply power to the cab.

• When the truck is supplied with external AC power, at a truck stop , or service center for example, the Auto-transfer/ inverter/charger takes the incoming power and recharges the batteries back to full capacity. Excess power is supplied to the cab or work area to run appliances and tools.
• If no external AC power is available, the Auto-transfer/inverter/charger will draw 12-volt DC power from the battery banks and invert it into 120-230 volt AC. An internal transfer switch senses whether external AC power is present, allowing the unit to instantly switch from charge mode to invert mode when power is disconnected.
• LinkChamp DC-AC inverters can be installed as an OEM option or as an aftermarket installation. LinkChamp manufactures a full line of remote panels and cable accessories for our inverters and Auto-Transfer/inverter/chargers, so system performance can be monitored at a glance from inside the truck.
