Todays Follow-up’s

Masters -> Users

Following functionalities are available in this module:-

Using this module application user can be created or modified.

Each user will have specific role and based on their role module level access will be given.

Location-wise leads access to be given to each users

Any time we can de-activate application users.

Masters -> Email Template


This module can be used for email template creation. Existing templates can also be modified.

Different level of text formatting's can be done using this module for each template.

Using this module we can create predefined email templates and can be used at the time of sending mails to leads.


Leads can be stored as address book or we can create new address book contact details.

We can capture Leads additional details like designation, organisation, contact details, dob, notes can be captured using this module.

System automatically captures the Social profile detail of each contact while saving address book.

Masters -> Address Book (Export to excel/csv)


Using export option, leads data can be exported into excel or in csv format.

Masters -> Address Book (Print)


Using print option, leads data can be sent to printer.

Transaction -> Compose Mails


Mails can be directly sent to different contacts which are maintained in address book.

There is a provision of selecting templates, so that predefined messages will be shown in message text area and user can modify the content accordingly. It

saves the mail compose time

Attachments can also be sent with the mails

Transaction -> Compose Mail (Attach Files)


We can attach multiple files/attachments with the mail.

Transaction -> Compose Mail (Search Address)


Contact details can be searched using Address button, so that mails can be sent to specific contacts only.

The search list will show all the contacts which are maintained in address book. From their user can select specific/ multiple contacts

We can format text message contents using different tolls which are available in this module before sending mails to anyone.

All the leads which are captured from company's website, partner website etc. will be shown in this module and it can be used as main screen for

Lead Management.

Leads can be filters using search fields which are provided on the top of the screen

User can change status of each leads like Open, Follow-up, Meeting Requested, Converted, Not Converted and Closed etc.

Follow-up date, Meeting date, Notes etc. can be captured against each leads

Lead History is also available in this module, so that user can check what activities has performed against each lead.

Using this module, user can directly send mails to particular contact/ lead

Reminders -> Today’s Follow-up


This screen will pop up once user log in into the application, it shows list of follow-ups to be done today.

It has option to export data into excel or in csv format

Along with that user can print the list of todays follow-up’s.
