Verify your email address

When you sign up you should get an email with a link to verify your email address. This proves you really own that email address.

If you didn’t get the email…

Check your spam/junk folders (and whitelist “jibberjobber.com” emails).

In JibberJobber, click Account and ensure you spelled your email address correctly. You can edit it

from that page.

Add Contacts one-by-one

You can import Contacts in bulk… but many times you’ll want to add them one-by-one. Do this at least once so you know what fields you

can import into.

Under Network, click Add Contact

Fill out the form to add a Contact (like your mom or dad or sibling or spouse or neighbor).

You don’t have to enter data in every field…

Import Contacts in bulk

Most people want to import Contacts from Outlook, Gmail,

LinkedIn, a spreadsheet, etc. It is pretty easy to do this…

To Import Your Contacts…1. From another system, export

Contacts to a CSV file (Google an example).

2. In JibberJobber, click Import/Export from the Network dropdown.

3. Click Browse to find the CSV file you saved, then Upload File.

4. Continue the import process... It’s quick and easy! (instructions)

Add a Log Entry and create an Action Item

Log Entries help you remember what you talked about and

when… Action Items help you get better at following-up!

From a Contact’s Detail Page, click the Log Entry link

Creating a Log Entry is easy – just fill in the information.

To create an Action Item, click the Action Item checkbox.

Premium users can get Action Items in their e-mail.

Add a Companyand create a

Company Action Item

This is very similar to creating a Contact, and a Log Entry and

Action Items for a Contact.

Under Companies, click Add Company

This is as easy as adding a Contact.

You can also import Contacts from a CSV file.

Add one of your Target Companies.

While you are there, associate Contacts to the Company.

Add a Log Entry and Action Item the same way you did earlier.

Add a Job you want to track

Track every communication about a job you are applying to, from which resume you used to who you interviewed with, and more!

Under Jobs, Click Add Job

Whether you apply online or in person, track the jobs you apply to.

Recruiters complain job seekers seem uninterested when they are really just unorganized.

Tracking where you apply will help you appear interested!

JibberJobber helps you keep track of which resume you apply for which job at

what company and who you need to follow-up with!

Create a Contact and Log Entry with
