InToSoft Company was founded as a result of long-termed collaboration of TecServ Kuijpers BV (the Netheralnds) and IntoPeople BV (the Netherlands) companies, specialized in advanced IT solutions development for European market and customers beyond Europe.

The founders of the company are Vadim Konovalov (IntoPeople BV general director) and Marijn Kuijpers (TecServ general director).
