Since the 1980s, Greg Twemlow has been working with computer software and technology. Greg is constantly figuring out how software is changing the modern world and how we can better utilize it. Greg Twemlow understands the opportunities that software provides and how we can improve our businesses by focusing on these software strategies. Several of Greg’s articles have been published in Australian and international media including articles titled “Why is this the Software Century ?” and “The Cloud Computing Paradigm is Flawed” both of which demonstrate Greg’s ability to look at the big issues that are impacting modern life and business. During the 1980s, Greg Twemlow undertook studies in Cobol programming during a period when the big new trend was “Structured Cobol”, an attempt to bring some level of order to ensure programming code was self-documenting. Thirty years after his software training, Greg Twemlow has designed and managed development of software systems for all mainstream hardware architectures including most recently a Cloud-based system for personalized marketing messages on mobile devices.
