Front Cover

I have chosen this picture to be on my front cover because it is a medium shot and its the only picture I've taken that has my model in the middle. I think this will look better as a cover image and will allow space around for other features and will leave space under her face for me to put the main cover lines.Although this picture does not necessarily use conventions of typical cover images as it is a slightly high level shot and bands and artists are usually shot from slightly below eye level, and also it is taken outside rather than in a studio or on a blank background, I think the effect suits the genre of my music magazine.

I have chosen these picture to be on my contents page because there is a good range of both live and posed photography which I planned to use because it fits the genre of music in my magazine nicely.

Double Page Spread

This will be used as my main double page spread picture because there will be space to put the heading next to my model and I like the fact that one arm is for grounded, giving it a slightly disorientated look
