Advantages and disadvantages:

Mailing +Individual, private, close

-One-by-one work

Skype+free, quick, user friendly, can be used personally or connecting with a lot of people together

-Time consuming, sometimes difficult to stop a conversation, difficult to organize conversations with a lot of people

On-line newsletter service+quick, can be sent to many people at the same time

-Intimidating(not everybody like receiving newsletters in their emails), outdated

Page 6: Exercise 1: web 2.0 tools

Advantages and disadvantages:

LinkedIn +Bussiness people´s meeting place, good place to promote you/your activities, etc, interesting place for group disscussions(forums)

-More work

Twitter+quick, live, short

-Sometimes more info is needed, not very user friendly (better to use tweetdeck to work), too many information (diffucult to check all the time what´s happening)

Groupspaces+private, space for a lot of data, perfect place to share docuemts with a concrete working group

-Need to log in, security(?)-appart from my group..who else can see the data?is the data privacy safe?

Page 7: Exercise 1: web 2.0 tools

Advantages and disadvantages:

Cloud Tags+ Easy to create, usefull, quick info-provider

- Spece to publish is needed

Blogspot +Free, option to share the info published in LinkedIN/twitter/facebook/, RSS option, user friendly

-Registration is needed

RSS and Google reader+quick, user friendly, very usefull

-Should be carefull (if we put all the interesting RSS we will have too many info there and won´t be able to read all…)
