• Long-‐term vision: Europe as a dynamic, mul8-‐layer and mul8dimensional Innova8on ecosystem (Europe 2020 Strategy).
• ENoLL PPP ini8a8ve developed during 2010 and publicly announced in Ghent (Dec 2010). ENoLL Council core group developing ini8al policy paper followed by open and wide consulta8on. Ini8a8ve already supported by the European Commission and the European Parliament
• New global Higher Educa8on and Research network addressing Living Lab needs in par8cular the facilita8on of open user-‐driven innova8on. Training and coaching on LL learning
• Living Labs as Open Access PlaUorms for Large Scale pilot projects with a focus on the social aspects of technology applica8ons. Sustainable Smart Ci8es and Regions
• Alliance with Local, Regional, Na8onal Authori8es to integrate Living Lab innova8on and sustainability policies
• Cross-‐border and cross-‐thema8c collabora8on addressing the key challenges and business opportuni8es at a global scale
• Large-‐scale user behaviour transforma8on through social and societal innova8on
