Our Team handles IT operations of BELK’s HR and Finance system. HR and Finance system consists of several applications such as AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable) , GL (General Ledger) ,LPS (Loss Prevention System), LAWSON, WMS (Warehouse Management System) etc.

CEPS: - Claim Examination and Processing system is a warranty management system which enables Dealers and Business to submit, verify and process (Credit) the warranty claims. This system is intended to used by all GME Aftersales staff such as Central Aftersales staff, NSC Aftersales staff and Dealer Assistance Centre.

SPAS: - SAAB Parts Administration System is the key parts administration system used to receive and send Parts Purchase orders and Invoicing the same. This analysis tool is intended to be used by all GME Aftersales Staff, such as Central Aftersales Staff, NSC Aftersales Staff and Dealers
