Storage Management• http://xxxmare.webex.com is using increasing amounts of storage
• Maintenance options:•Option 1: Using report from site administration or detailed report provided by Aimee Dress, create template and processing for reaching out to hosts to clean up recording storage.
•Option 2: WebEx can generate a daily purge of any recordings over “X” day’s old. This is an automated process and recordings would not be retrievable once purge has occurred.
•Option 3: Storage is 1.2% of the contracted costs (0.7% of the June invoice. Discuss whether the low overall cost is worth the productivity lost to managing the recordings.
