Compare recent Apple and Indoor Navigation move

In connection to a recent move in the market we would like to provide a “White Paper” regarding this matter, specifically addressing the potential advantage/uses of the technology covered by our intellectual property and the possible of existing and future infringements:

Additional information/presentation can be viewed using the link below. I am sure

there are several additional potential applications, the key ones which are most apparent include:

- Our patents Indoor Navigation based on RF Bluetooth or Wi-Fi beacons. - The most complete Indoor navigation portfolio, dating back to early 2005, which

contains two awarded patents as well as eight pending. - Patents which cover most of the new Apple “iBeacon” concept, including the

business model. - Patents which cover the method for multiple floor mapping views according to

users’ indoor location (not only the default first floor as provided today). - Patents which cover the proximity “circle”, the way to view the users’ location on

the map and what is around the user(s). - Our patented system can serve as an extension to the “street view” as we own the

“indoor view”, “building view” as well as “mall view” domains and trademarks.

- Our patented systems cover the newest PayPal user payment concept (in use of the

Bluetooth beacon). - Our patented systems cover the triggering for downloading the mall/building indoor

mapping/navigation (from the information stand). - Our patented systems cover and protect many applications to be used by the above such

as: indoor navigation in stores, malls, buildings, museums, conference centers, amusements parks such as Disney, assists passengers finding their way around cruise ships, locating empty parking spaces in parking lots or even on the street, assisting in emergency (nav4emergency), and more.

- Our patented systems cover and protect the infrastructure – what become the de-facto

and the future standard platform to be used in most LBS and Indoor applications. -Our patented system cover Search4parking and find parking as well as Return 2 parking

method and system based on Bluetooth beacons – award patent from early 2005 in a contra to Apple intention and recent publish application .

Page 26: Compare recent Apple and market move to our IP

-Our patent cover the emergency and first responder navigation and the ability to navigate to the exit route in emergency situation.

Our patented systems cover and protect “Smart sale”, predicted to be the next generation

marketing capability using the beacons by providing coupons and deals according to the user profile and proximity location.

-Our protected domains include: Indoormapping.com, Indoorview, mallview, buildingview,

indoorbeacons, mallmapping,mallnavigation,navindoor.. And additional 150 more domains especially for the indoor navigation and LBS field.

-We even have the INDOOR NAVIGATION based on beacons as Trade Marks! As well as indoorview, mallview and buildingview..!! Information that backs and supports our claims contains (aside from the IP protection) many

notifications and documented communications about our patented innovations dating back to early 2005.

CONCLUSION: For many years, before the “smart phone” era, before Bluetooth 4, before Bluetooth as a beacon, before any available indoor mapping and the availability of indoor navigation, being ahead our innovations were met with skepticism. Now that the major companies are moving in and adapting to the exact same concepts and even the business model, using our IP portfolio can be a big advantage and a game changer to these companies as they seek to enter the potentially huge market of indoor LBS and navigation.

Note, all the methodology, the applications, and the business model of the existing

and the future applications are protected. It should also be noted, that the same capabilities exist for (and the patents would cover) other modes of use, including, for example, scanning4life – a way to find people trapped in emergency situations by using the cell phone as a beacon and Nav4date – using the innovations above to find who around you fit your profile for dating with indoor capabilities.
