HOW TO KEEP AN EYE ON YOU LOVED ONES?

COMMUTE SHARE FEATURE ON GOOGLE+

Rarely some of us does use google + as a social media platform but all of us have a google account (if not then most of us surely does have ONE) and that means by default we all have a google + account. These days I was finding how to find where are my friends on a particular time and how can I come to know, searching the phone and other apps I came to a conclusion that the answer lies within my phone and that it was always there but just couldn’t find it out.

Google plus lets you track your friends and family members if they have agreed to share the location with you and ya it surely does work well.

How to set it up?

1. Go to Google settings on your phone

2. Then Go to “Search and now” option

3. Under that go to “Accounts and Privacy”

4. You will find “Commute Sharing”, Turn it ON

5. Now when u have turned it on you have option to display your location to selected circles, choose with whom you wanna share your location and you are DONE.

Now Some of you might be thinking what’s the big deal in this?? How can it help you?

Surely it can help you in many ways, talking about the good ones, you can keep a track on where are your family members, Friends can share their locations among themselves for better communication, Employers can keep a watch on their employees especially when they are out on office duty, You can also set up a device and keep it in a car, If at all the car gets robbed then you can track it down because you have its location and it barely costs you anything. Surely there are many other ways to use this feature for the benefit of you and others.

NOTE: This function can only work if the location(GPS) and internet both are active, otherwise you will only get to know the last location of your friend that google + has captured.
