The idea was born a year ago at SXSW in Austin. Rafał Han and Marek Przystaś had a brilliant idea to connect startups and investors in a extraordinary new way.
The name Chance was first proposed by Maciej Wicha from Agora S.A
Startup Stage #3 in March, 2013 in Kraków.

Harimata, technology to recognise behavioural patterns as well as contexts based on data received from mobile devices.

Opportunity for startups on the way! They travel by bus from the 80s in Poland, and not only. They sleep in local dormitories in hostels. And all this, in order to meet with startups.

Even if you have already planned a business, you can get a chance to be at warm-up and do everything to make it happen! One week spent with very positive and creative people will give you much more feedback then one year driving on different types of events. This week in Krakow will be as memorable as special homemade peppermint :)

What our teams think about the time we spent together
Collaboration with Chance Academy gave me invaluable help in the rapid develop-ment and implementation of my project, mostly thanks to knowledge and support from more experienced colleagues from other teams.
Chance Academy gives us great opportunity to develop our ideas and see the wider picture of our product. Creative atmosphere,constructive feedback, valuable meetings with mentors and people from start-up community have already helped our vision to grow and we are waiting for more :)
