environment at WPAFB. This involved analysis of vendors, facility, network, systems and applications architecture, and support. Plan obtained full C2 security certification from USAF.

PM: Utilized ITIL and Six Sigma methodologies to stabilize mission critical production servers eliminating outages and reducing help desk tickets by 60%.

Networking PM: Configured Wi-Fi (802.11n/ac) services and security using Aruba WAPs, with Cisco, HP switches. Configured Wi-Fi replacing older Cisco WAPs with Cisco Meraki cloud managed WAPs. PM: Initiated /managed projects with network and server teams to reduce application outages. PM: Rewired network closets and buildings with CAT6 and CAT6e cables for new WAPs. PM: Evaluated Wi-Fi coverage and developed multi-building plan for wiring, WAPs, and VLAN layouts.
