How ERE is doing

• Projects support all strategic objectives, to some degree

• high levels of commitment to TEH and its programmes

• levels of participation are good - for example

• more than 35% of Meeting delegates are ‘first-timers’

• 40% have been to more than 2 Meetings

• observed engagement of participants is high

• Overall, 70-75% of all feedback from projects is good or better

• longer term programmes have more impact on individuals
