Teodoro De Galicia Rolluqui, the General Manager of OSEITCS and the President of

BCSS, is a CPA with license # 41647, age 55 years old and married to Trudy Rolluqui and has 3 children: Nef, Bot & Oliver, all degree holders. Since 1990 he was already using ERP software such as IBM MAPICS software for 2 years, Sage Accpac & Misys for 13 years, ERIC for 2+ years & BOTSYS ERPC from 2009 until now. He conducted numerous trainings to software users since 1993 to present. He also conducted seminars such as good governance, entrepreneurship, and accounting for non-accountants. He was also a member of the economic team of the Philippine Overseas Labor Office of the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. Being the Chairman of the Philippine Professional Organization in Saudi Arabia, he made history for organizing the first CPA examination held outside the Philippines last March 2009 through the coordination of Professional Regulation Commission approved by the Philippine President.

He worked in Astra Polymers in Saudi Arabia from 2004 to 2006. He was awarded after a month for hisskills in programming and another award as company best employee after a year of service. He masteredAccpac Sage software tables and produced non standard reports and Programs in Crystal Reports (ver. 8 to10.5), Brio Query, MS ACCESS, VBA, VB6, and VB.Net. As a result, he was transferred to MonutechInformation System in Saudi Arabia an Accpac and ERIC solutions provider from 2006 to 2008 where hedeveloped programs such as Hotel Management, Laundry Management, and other smaller applications.He also conducted implementation and trainings of Accpac and ERIC software.

Botvinnik Adamas Rolluqui, or Benick as he is fondly called, age 29,

is the owner of BCSS and Technical Manager of OSEITCS. He developedBotsys Enterprise Resource Planning and Communication for 3 years since2007 based on the system requirements of Mr. Teodoro G. Rolluqui, hisfather. A graduate of San Beda obtaining most of the medals (such as Dean’sList 1st-4th Year, overall Programmer of the Year, 1st in MIS thesis, overall2nd in SAD, Academic Distinction, and etc.) Showed skills in programmingsince high school days being the only student to develop a library softwarefor the school. He became Microsoft Certified Professional at age 23. He isalso Certified Professional of MS Access 2003 and Win XP by Expert Ratingof USA.
