ERPC Collaboration Network Members Update Team, sorry for being so quiet but we have been very busy putting together some key aspects. 1. We have been quiet in the public eye for almost two-and-a-half years, and it’s now time to start ramping up and

beginning to communicate again. This will be done in three key 90 day phases: • December to March • March to May • May to August

2. How this affects you is that the ERPC Collaboration Network and all our efforts to the 307,000+ members and the

1.5 million user base is now going to start taking shape in the form of support to the TrackBox Platform and will directly start to grow individual businesses, organisations and public perceptions of the SAPS, The Hawks and Crime Intelligence. We needed to build and document the unprecedented teamwork successes so that the results would speak for themselves. This has now proven to be true from when I addressed the Generals at the National Office, when SA CAN launched Project Mustard Seed in March 2016. What we all need as a country is a one pager to show our clients and public that, whilst there is so much noise and the Rainbow for our nation has been stolen, we are going for the jugular and together we will get the Rainbow returned to the original ideals, goals and objectives that were committed to the world. The Vehicle Check Centre is moving into its next phase. Our patented Technology and feature set within MDDR (Mobile Device Data Recorder) is in final alpha testing for release in February. We are busy working out how much we expect this technology to reduce the 14,050 annual road deaths, and how much adoption we need in order to achieve this.

3. The hand-in-glove partnership has seen the coming together of Snipr and TrackBox Technologies with the fully dedicated national centre to support all Snipr areas and clients. I will get an overview document out to you soon, but the focus of this centre is VCAT NPO (Violent Crimes & Technology Support) SAPS Provincial Flying Squads, The Hawks, Crime Intelligence and Provincial K9 units, surveillance, crime detection and arrests.

4. RO. Gen. Bala Naidoo needs no introduction. We have been working together since 2007 alongside all the other Generals and Commanders. When the General retired, I asked him to please consider Together SA CAN NPO as a place for him to continue his work. I want to walk slowly with this national treasure and asset in order to clearly position him within our extensive network in South Africa after his 42 years of SAPS service and our request for him not to leave the SAPS but rather to join the Together SA CAN NPO structure with the mandate “The SAPS, and our country South Africa”. We

cannot lose this much-needed wisdom, leadership and priceless experience. We have made it known within SAPS, The Hawks and Crime Intelligence to please keep their colleague and friend in a position to continue to assist our country. We all know that 60 is the new 40 and I hope that as the years tick by more and more of those that retire join Together SA CAN NPO.

The new post created is to support those in the capacity of CEO, Director, Management or other leadership capacity within the 100+ organisations within our ERPC Collaboration Network and to help guide and direct us all in getting behind the SAPS, build bridges and be of value and productivity to the SAPS Management teams and it’s components.

We simply had no General in the country to sit with from sunrise to sunset with the sole focus of driving this energy into the SAPS, helping to make sure that the technology we are developing supports the SAPS, is not a duplication and specifically looks at rural settlements, townships, rural safety and all priority matters urban and rural. This fits within the aim of bringing the power of 16 years’ experience of the TrackBox Platform into the fold of the Provincial and National Offices.

I really hope we will soon be able to reach my personal lifelong dream and start to set joint crime reduction targets. We have two pilot project areas, one of which has been confirmed. Cape Town will continue developing in the new year.

There are a few other aspects which I will chat to you about after the 12th.

Again, everything we all do must bring us closer to peace, love and care for the country, ensuring that our children are free and safe, otherwise what are we doing in community safety? We are not short of resources - that's simply a much repeated cliché with no basis in fact. We are short on knowing one another and adopting proven technologies and strategies. In-house politics, government politics and corruption within all sectors, private and government, are the largest single challenges we are facing with our stolen Rainbow that must be returned at all costs.
