Use them on print material specific to event – ie landing page for white paper specific to needs of target consumer

If you host a conference
You can do all that I just mentioned and… Offer free registration, ½ off registration, etc to
video contest winners…your attendees become your marketing and PR
Put the conference agenda on your mobile app Make the sponsorship benefits highly social and
interactive (this can pay for your marketing) Assign a hashtag to the event and publicize it Create a “street team” of attendees who are
willing to drive the Twitter conversation
Host Webinars Make them valuable – but make them want
more from you… Make them free but do collect name, email,
and ask if they are a decision maker regarding purchasing your product
Integrate a Twitter chat into the webinar Follow up with all attendees
