• Detailed analysis of 4 models: LIFE & NASA CET in combination with OAIS and UK Research TRAC;

• Plus – literature review; – costs data survey (13 organisations); – staff interviews; – 10 detailed case studies of costs/benefits.

What was Produced?• Cost activity model in 3 parts: pre-archive,

archive, support services;• Benefits taxonomy (link to costs);

• Published cost data (case studies and costs survey – rare data);

• KRDS Factsheet (4 page summary of key findings in your papers);

• KRDS User Guide (forthcoming);• Research Reports - no spreadsheet.
