Automated Control of the Site Rollout

• NIOSS provides the following capabilities: • Documentation and inventory of the BSS object construction

Solution Implementation Results

• NetCracker has reached the project goal and implemented a single

centralized NIOSS for the MTS Russian Federation business unit

• End-to-End view to network in 80 regions of Russian Federation

• NetCracker provided the unified network resource data model for all MTS

departments covering:

• Radio

• Network switching

• Transport (restricted)

• Government radio organizations and licensing

• Data consolidation from more than 30 legacy sources

• NetCracker has provided MTS with the mechanism for automatic NIOSS

data actualization managed through administrative systems in each macro

region of the Russian Federation business unit - 15 NMS/EMS

• NetCracker has provided specialists from all macro regions with access to

the NIOSS.
