Is the act of supporting the body in a stable, inverted vertical position by balancing on the hands.
1 STEP: Straight arms with hands placed on the ground approximately shoulder-width apart.
2 STEP: Straight legs, held together.
3 STEP: Pointed toes so as to continue the lines of the legs.
Is a sideways rotary movement of the body.
1 STEP: Cartwheel, 1/2 turn. One handed cartwheel (close handed). One handed cartwheel (far handed). And……. Finnish
A rollforward is the most basic and fundamental skill in gymnastics
1st you straight your arms and head hide. 2nd your impulse your body with your
legs. 3rd you roll and when you finish you
impulse and you stand up.
The backward roll is similar to the forward roll, but in reverse.
1st you start backward and straight your arms and shrink your legs.
2nd you impulse with your legs and turn the head to right or left and roll.

THE MEASURE OF THE COURT ARE : 20 MTS WIDE 40 MTS LONG
The match is divide in two parts of 20 minutes. You can´t touch the ball with your hand ,except
the goalkeeper when he is in the area. There are five persons of the team in the court
and in the bench there are seven persons. When you team realice 6 fouls the other team
have a double penalty and you choose the place to throw the double panalty when you recibe the foul or in a line (it is ten meters to the goal)
