The person who inspired me to go in for sports

My sport is judo My father always wanted me to go in for judo. But I didn’t like that idea. I preferred to sit at home and play computer games, but father told me that Judo was important for me and he told me about all advantages of this sport. And finally I decided to go for it. With father we learned new holdings, we were running in the mornings to be able to fight for a long time and after our trainings with him I felt that I could do much more than earlier. After some trainings I decided that judo was my favorite sport.

• Firstly, going in for judo helps me to keep fit and to be a sporty man. When I wasn’t going in for judo, some of my friends told me that I was weak, but this sport made me very strong and powerful.

• Secondly, I made friends with a lot of good people, with whom we train, drink tea and even go to summer camps!

• Thirdly, judo trains me not to be afraid of bandits, pilferers and other bad people. It teaches how to be self-defensed. And the main is that judo taught me to use power of my enemy against him.

• And, finally, there are a lot of famous people, who like judo, for example V.V.Putin. He started going in for judo since he was a boy and he likes it even now.

• I am very grateful to my father because he told me about this great sport!
