Proposal Developing Programs
Talent Identification strategies and programs may be promoted as the basic development strategy.
Such as Junior Developing Programs it seems we need some Coaching Developing Programs at ATF Level, to assess the coaching system of each country and help them to increase their coaching abilities
It seems we need an Assessment Program to assess the developing process of the Asian countries based on some fundamental criteria in the line with ITF/ATF policies and strategies. The role of ITF regional officers is important for this mean.
Active Participation in different international and regional events that are held in Asia, can help to increase the professional level of Tennis all around our continent. So it is expected the member countries will attend the important events more eagerly and with more interest.
Thank you and Good Luck.
