The “free zone” (out-of-bounds past the sidelines) associated with a competition court extends the width by 24 feet (12 feet per side).

The “service zone” (out-of-bounds past the baselines) associated with a competition court extends the length by 42 feet (21 feet per end).

Court Dimensions

The Backyard Court - free zones and service zones vary widely depending on a variety of preferences. Competitive players in training, who regularly play on competition courts, may need the full 60’ x 120’ dimensions to continue their training. This may not be as important to serious recreational players. Following are several residential courts we have installed. The free and service zone areas vary depending on priorities, space, landscaping, etc.

The Savannah comes in a variety of styles which include the Morning, Bow or Slat styles. Benches and trash receptacles have a 2" x 2" square tube frame that bolts together. Both are portable and/or surface mount with Thermoplastic finish. Powder coating optional.

The Palmetto Series receptacle is also manufactured with 5/8" steel rods to create an exceptional look for collecting trash. It has 32-gallon capacity and can be surface mounted or portable. Powder coating is standard but thermoplastic coating is optional.

Benches

The 982 series bench comes in recycled plastic. This bench is available with 2" x 4", 3" x 4" , or 4" x 4" planks. Available as surface mount/portable and in ground.

The 20 series recycled bench comes with back and has seven 2" x 4" planks.  The 22 series comes without back and has four 2" x 4" planks. These benches are portable

Mill finish aluminum construction with tinted polycarbonate panels on the sides and back(custom powder coat finishes available-contact our sales department for cost and availability) . Made of aluminum alloy.  This umpire chair has a special tilt design which makes it easier to climb up and down.  Equipped with tablet, PVC awning and frame for microphone.  Movable wheels on back legs for easy transportation.  Polyester powder coating surface finish prevents fading.  Custom logos are available for this item.
