• I like many kinds of sport: skiing, basketball, tennis; but my favorite sport is taekwondo. Sports help people to be strong, healthy and energetic. We go in for sports because it lets us feel the taste of life, it helps to make friends. Sport allows to prepare ourselves to meet many challenges of our future grown-up life.

• My favourite sport is taekwondo. I have been doing this oriental sport since the age of 4 (now I am 9). My coaches have explained to me that this sport teaches people to be brave, honest and responsible. I know that I will certainly need all these qualities in my future life.

• I am very energetic but sometimes I lack patience and this leads to making mistakes. Taekwondo helps to keep my emotions under control. It also makes me fit and helps to appreciate time.

• My coach Serguey Nickolaevich Sukharev has the highest taekwondo degree – the black belt. He is the master of sports and the Honoured Coach of the Russian Federation. He has trained many young sportsmen, some of them have won all-Russian and international competitions.

• We like our coach very much, but not only for his outstanding sports abilities. We are thankful to him because he teaches us to value friendship and honesty, be ready to protect the weak and fight for justice.

• The older and more experienced sportsmen help us. And we do our best trying to improve our abilities and character so that the younger children can rely on us in future. Our coach encourages us to behave as a real sports family. I think this achievement is no less important than the gold medal in the most prestigious competitions.
