• When performed well, this allows everyone and every system to move in the same direction.

Management is totally different than leadership. It is the creation of excellence in the execution of duties, systems, programs, and implementation of budgets.

Management is:

• Producing orderly results; promoting stability

• Development of a structure which will give organizational clarity, efficiency, and stability

• A clear set of tasks with staff accountable to perform those tasks

• A clear budget planning process

• A deductive process of setting targets and goals
