New Parishioners Breakfast
Sunday, June 26th, a new event for our parish, the Quarterly New Parishioners’ Breakfast,
was held at the Mission Pavilion.

welcomed by our Pastor, Fr. Vince Mesi, OFM,
Associate Pastor, Fr. Francisco Alejo, OFM,
Kathleen Flanagan, Chief Operating Officer, members
of the Stewardship Committee and numerous
volunteers.

Southern California day and everyone enjoyed the
delicious buffet prepared by our
Mission Chef Kaitlin Bandy.

new parishioners become familiar with the
many services and opportunities for
involvement our parish has to offer.

It was a great opportunity to get to know the new members of our parish community and for
them to see and experience the hospitality of a Franciscan Parish.

We ended the event with a bilingual
guided tour of the Mission and Parish grounds given by
three of our dedicated
parishioners.

We were thrilled to meet so many wonderful new families and we hope
they enjoyed the day as much as we did.

This event is held quarterly for all new registered parishioners. The next New Parishioners’ Breakfast is scheduled for
October 2016.

KofC is hosting its annual golf tourney at El Camino Country Club on Monday, Aug 8th, to benefit Wounded Warriors and MSLR Parish.
