Ezr 1:1 In the first year of King Cyrus of Persia, the LORD fulfilled the prophecy He had given through Jeremiah. He stirred the heart of Cyrus to put this proclamation in writing and to send it throughout his kingdom:

God Stirs the King• Men plan but God purposes

• Men claim Godliness but God establishes

Ezr 1:5Then God stirred the hearts of the priests and Levites and the leaders of the tribes of Judah and Benjamin to go to Jerusalem to rebuild the Temple of the LORD.

God Stirs You• Psa 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and

renew a right spirit within me.• Psa 51:12 Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and

make me willing to obey You.• Psa 51:17 The sacrifice You desire is a broken spirit. You

will not reject a broken and repentant heart, O God.
